How does the process work?

Step 1.

Join our VIP buyers list by submitting your criteria and proof of funds.

Step 2.

Once you are in our system we will put you into the queue, which is prioritized on a first come first serve basis. We will also adjust our marketing efforts to fit your criteria.

As soon as your turn comes up we will call you with a deal that is close to what you have told us you are looking for.

Step 3.

We then hold the property for you for 24 hours. It is critical we move fast … there’s no time to waste or we could lose the opportunity!

Step 4.

After a day you can let us know if it’s a deal you would like to pursue further.

Step 5.

If it is, we will arrange a showing so you can check the place out. If not, we will notify our other investors about the opportunity. We have found this approach works great for our clients and provides them the opportunity to purchase a property without competing against others.

Step 6.

After we advise you of a potential opportunity we will send you all the research information we have such as recent comps, property condition, and photos. This information is useful, but please do you own due diligence. We do not typically provide estimated repair costs; only you can estimate which repairs will work for your investment strategy.
